She is one of the candidates to portray as Darna because of her alluring and gorgeous figure as well as her skin color that represents Filipino women. She also has some acting experiences as she already been part of a number of successful movies in the past.
Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray better known as Catriona Elisa Magnayon Gray in real life, is a 25-year-old model, singer, and beauty pageant titleholder. She is also one of the candidates for the Darna role because of her beauty and alluring figure.
The new adaptation of Darna had been awaited for so long because it had been part of many Filipino households ever since. But unfortunately, due to her medical reasons, she could not do anything but to give up on her role as she finds it difficult to do the stunts and the role of the character because of her injury that he acquired during her taping in “Bagani”. Though she didn’t want to disappoint her fans and supporters, withdrawal of the project is the best decision she can do to give justice on her role and to prioritize her health as well.
