We have our own definition of beauty and because of that, we have our own standards when it comes to beauty and attractiveness. Recently, there was a video uploaded by “Xiaomanyc” on YouTube about some of the famous Filipina celebrities here in our country. He went out to New York City and asks the people there on who is the most beautiful and the most attractive among the six gorgeous Pinay celebrities.

Among the choices are Nadine Lustre, Maine Mendoza, Liza Soberano, Kathryn Bernardo, Maymay Entrata and Anne Curtis. It turned out that Kathryn Bernardo got the highest number of choices among the Pinay celebrities. Next to her was Liza Soberano, followed by Nadine Lustre and Maine Mendoza. Many of the people in New York City loved the natural looks of Kathryn Bernardo as well as her Intagrammable hairstyle, her smile, and her tantalizing eyes. Some even commented that she really looks like Anne Hathaway.

On the other hand, many of the New Yorkers found Liza Soberano’s looks so edgy and more like of an Angelina Jolie look-alike. Her beautiful eyes and stunning looks also captured their attention. Many of the foreigners find the looks of Nadine Lustre as very Filipina as she has that big eyes, full lips, thick eyebrows, and morena skin. Meanwhile, Maine Mendoza possesses natural beauty, beautiful eyes, and smile.

It was amazing to know that there was actually a lot of foreign people who find some of our famous Pinay celebrities attractive and beautiful not just because of their skin or eye color but because of their simple and natural looks that reflect the true beauty of every Filipina.

Filipina beauty is indeed one of the most admired beauties in the world. A beauty that we should always be proud of because we have our own definition of beauty. Here in our country, our definition of beauty may be according to our own beauty standards, our culture, and belief but what’s more important is that we love our own skin color, our own nationality and we are not ashamed of it wherever country we go.
