Erika Chryselle Gonzales Gancayco, professionally known as Erich Gonzales is a 28-year-old contract artist of ABS-CBN’s Star Magic. She started her show business career as early as 14 years old as she won as the Grand Questor in the second season of the reality talent search Star Circle Quest in 2005. She rose to fame as she was introduced on a lead role in her television primetime series entitled “Katorse” in 2009.
Recently, the Kapamilya actress featured the 30-year old actor, singer, and model from Bangkok, Thailand Mario Maurer who was also her co-actor in the movie “Suddenly It’s Magic” with actor Joross Gamboa. Even though it was already 7 years ago their friendship still remain the same and strong as years went by.
On the YouTube channel of Erich, “Erich Gonzales” with 284 thousand subscribers, she interviewed the Thai Superstar from the very popular movie in 2010 entitled, “A Little Thing Called Love / A Crazy Little Thing Called Love”. The video was entitled “Catching up with Mario Maurer” with a total of 1.1 million views as of this writing.
Mario Maurer and Erich Gonzales really look good on camera. They look so sweet and genuine. A lot of their fans and supporters also noticed their beautiful chemistry with each other. Mario Maurer also revealed that he can still remember about some Filipino words like “Balut”, “Erich”, “Mahal Kita”, “Mahal Ko Kayo”, and “Kili-kili”. On the other hand, Erich also surprised her guest that she had also remembered some Thai words. She is also very vocal about Mario’s mother and she said that she misses her and she is the best!
