Kapamilya Actress to Join Audition For The Next Darna



For several weeks there has been a stirring in the social media of who will play the role of the Filipino iconic hero, Darna, after it was lifted from Liza Soberano. For years, Darna was claimed to be part of the Philippine pride as our Filipino super heroine. There might be the western superheroes like the Avengers or the Marvel heroes, but the Philippines will never be left behind.

There might have been several actresses who played the role, but with this generation, who is the most promising among the stars and beauty of the Kapamilya network. We can name several actresses to play the role, but who among them could give justice on playing the role of Darna.
In an interview with ABS-CBN, a Kapamilya star, Julia Barretto shared how she has interest on the role of Darna, and this time around, if given the chance, she is definitely up for grabs, and would be willing to audition for the role. She jokingly said, “I’d do it. If there were auditions. I will go to that audition in panty and bra and just do the thing.”

Of course, we can never deny that one of the notable feature of Darna is her two-piece costume. And this will require an endowed woman, who is confident with her body, and her muscle should be in the right places, for it requires to show much skin.

She also expressed her gratitude on her supporters for picking her as the actress to portray the role, and she believes being considered on this, is something big time. As an actress, Julia Barretto was able to prove herself in front of the camera. She blossomed into a good actress as she started her career in the show business in 2006, living up to her parents’ reputation as part of the showbiz industry as well. She has her big break when she became one of the casts of the film, “Vince, Kath and James”, moreover when she was given the chance to have a love team with Joshua Garcia and played on several films where they are a couple.What do you think?
